Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 83-27.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Car Tract 83-27, an 11-unit Planned Unit Development project loc; the southeast corner of Chestnut Avenue and Woodland Way for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Mut Code. The final map conforms substantially with the Conditic
Approval and the tentative map as approved by Planning Commi! on November 9, 1983, per Planning Commission Resolution No. :
FISCAL IMPACT:
The increased need for City services resulting from this development will be offset by the payment of the Public Faci Fee. The Developer has paid Park-In-Lieu Fees in the amount $7,744, which have been deposited in the Area 1 Park Account
