ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of
Carlsbad Tract 81-16, Unit 2, a 36-unit Planned Developmen.
project located east of Rancho Santa Fe Road, north of
Olivenhain Road, for conformance with the Subdivision Map and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. The final map conforms
substantially with the Conditions of Approval and the
tentative map as approved by the Planning Commission on Ju 10, 1981, per the Planning Commission's Resolution No. 182
As a Condition of Approval of Tentative Map CT 81-16, the
Developer is required to dedicate land for park purposes i accordance with the terms of the La Costa Parks agreement.
Pursuant to the terms of that agreement, the Developer is
submitting for Council acceptance a Deed for twice the
required 0.29 acre thereby giving a total dedication of 0.
acre within the proposed Stage Coach Park site.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Developer has signed an agreement to pay 2% of the
proposed valuation to provide future public facilities.
