RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 82-23.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of
Carlsbad Tract 82-23, a 60-unit condo project located on
northside of Alga Road, 675 feet west of El Camino Real,
Municipal Code. The final map conforms substantially wit
the Conditions of Approval and the tentative map as appro
by City Council on February 1, 1983, per City Council
Resolution No. 7125. Alga Road Improvements will be
constructed all the way to El Camino Real.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Developer has signed an agreement to pay 2% of the proposed building valuation to provide future public
facilities and has posted a Park-in-Lieu Fee Bond in the
amount of $27,840. Park-in-Lieu Fees will be paid upon
issuance of the Building Permits. Park Fees were $464 pe
unit based upon 60 multiple-family units in Area 3.
