ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has completed construction of a public stree
serve this project. The Developer requests the City to ac
public improvement. The street has been inspected by City and found to be satisfactory. The improvements were const
part of a eight-unit residential subdivision, located on t
side of Park Drive at its intersection with Adams Street.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required
maintain the public street. The value of the improvement
estimated at $21,845.
