The resolution has been prepared in accordance with Coui direction and the Planning Commission Resolution No. 231 except as follows: Condition number 25 has been revised to construct the mi or 4 pounds/square foot wood fence equivalent along the property boundary at the top of the bluff from the projl westerly boundary to Pontiac Avenue. Condition number 38.b has been revised to require the ii of Tamarack Avenue as a secondary collection street. As directed by the City Council new conditions number 5 have been added providing for the landscaping and maintc the triangle area.
