RECOMMENDED ACTION:
CARLSBAD TRACT 84-6 (CARLSBAD INN)
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 84-6.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tract 84-6, a 4-lot subdivision, located west of Carlsbad Blvd. between Elm Avenue and Oak Avenue, for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. Lot 1 will be a 132-unit, time-share condomi development. Lots 2, 3, and 4 will be commercial development The final map conforms substantially with the Conditions of Approval and the tentative map as approved by the City Counci on April 17, 1984, per City Council Resolution No. 7577.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Developer has signed an agreement to pay 2% of the prop05 building valuation to provide for future public facilities. in-Lieu Fees of $57,288 were collected and credited to Area ’
