A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS
KEPT BY THE PURCHASING DEPARTMENT.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad resolves:
1. That is no longer necessary for the ongoing activitie~ to
keep the following:
a. Records of claims over two years old.
b. Pending Fil es over two years 61 d.
PASSED, APPROVED ANO ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council, held on the 7th
by the following vote, to wit:
