ITEM EXPLANATION
The City Council, at its meeting of August 7, 1984, directed
the City Attorney to prepare documents approving tentative m;
and planned unit development CT 83-19/PUD-56 on 136.7 acres ( property generally located on the northeast corner of the Calavera Hills master plan area.
As directed by Council we have revised Condition No. 22 of
Planning Commission Resolution No. 2289 to delete the last sentence and to add provisions for the possibility of maintaining the recreation area which reads as follows:
"This area shall be maintained until such time as the site is developed as a school or residential development. If the site is not acquired by the
master plan and prior to the approval of any other development for the site, the City Council shall determine whether or not to keep the three acre area. If the decision is made to keep it, the City Council may require the area to be maintained as a part of any residential development of the site."

Commission adopted Resolution No. 2289 approving tentativc
