RESOLUTION NO. 7729
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY F CAR SBAD CALIFORNIA APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS NOS. 1 AND 2 FOR CONTRACT
FOR CURB, GUTTER AND SIDEWALK REPLACEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. U/M-1 AND AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has previ-
ously approved the contract for curb, gutter, and sidewalk replacement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed the inclusion of sidewalks on
Levante Street from Anillo Way to Escenico Terrace in the said contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The change orders in the alount of $6,900.00 and $8,483.00,
respectively, are approved.
3. The amount of $233.00 from the contingency fund is transferred to
Account No. 01-51-10-2410.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on the 4th day of Septenber, 1983, by the following vote, to wit: .
