The City Council at your meeting of September 4, 1984
directed the City Attorney to prepare documents approving Master Plan 174 and Tentative Map CT 83-30, the Kelly Ranch Ordinance No. 35' approving MP-174 and Resolution Nc 77~0 approzing CT 83-30 are attached.
The City Council's motion in regard .to Cannon Road did not
fully reflect the Council's discussion of the matter. In
fully and accurately reflected the City Council's intentior: by combining the motion with the discussion in a new Condition 3111. Mr. Callaghan has objected to the wording c
the condition. The developer's alternative wording is alsc attached. It is not recommended.
The Land Use Planning Department has incorporated the changes made by the City Council at your meeting into a revised master plan which is also attached. The City Council should satisfy yourselves that the staff has correctly incorporated your intentions in the matter into the revised document.

Commission adopted Resolution No. 2333 approving tentative
map CT 83-30; and
