The City Council's motion in regard .to Cannon Road did not fully reflect the Council's discussion of the matter. In fully and accurately reflected the City Council's intentior: by combining the motion with the discussion in a new Condition 3111. Mr. Callaghan has objected to the wording c the condition. The developer's alternative wording is alsc attached. It is not recommended. The Land Use Planning Department has incorporated the changes made by the City Council at your meeting into a revised master plan which is also attached.
