I i ITEM EXPLANATION: !
During the construction of Carlsbad Tract 76-15 (Carlsba Palisades) it became necessary for ~ the developer to relo an existing waterline within and adjacent to the project
site.
The developer has secured the two oecessary easements ar offering them to the City for acce6tance by Council.
Staff is currently working with the developer for the
quitclaim of the existing easements and will bring them
before Council at a later date.
FISCAL IMPACT: !
No impact to the city. Acquisitiop costs were absorbed
the developer.

A RESOLUJION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS FOR
RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENTS FOR WATERLINE PURPOSES
WHEREAS, F & M Associates has submitted a Grant Dee1
conveying a right-of-way easement to the City of Carlsbal
waterline purposes ; said Deed is on file in the Office
the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, LR Partnership, LTD. has submitted a Grant
conveying a right-of-way easement to the City of Carlsba
waterline purposes ; said Deed is on file in the Office
the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad h
determined it to be in the public interest to accept sai
