RECOMMENDED ACTION:
CARLSBAD TRACT 84-3
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 84-3, Vinedale.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of
Carlsbad Tract 84-3, a one lot condominium project consisting 0’
21 dwelling units located on the north side of Chinquapin Avenuc
east of Garfield Street for conformance with the Subdivision Mal
Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. The final map conforms
substantially with the Conditions of Approval and the tentative
map as approved by the Planning Commission on March 14, 1984, pi
Planning Commission Resolution No. 2259.
FISCAL IMPACT!
The Developer has signed an agreement to pay 2% of the proposed
building valuation to provide for future public facilities.
Park-in-lieu fees of $8,680.00 were collected and credited to
Area 1. The project was given credit on park-in-lieu fees for
one existing unit.
