RECOMMENDED ACTION:
TITLE: ACCEPTANCE OF A PORTION OF
Adopt Resolution No. 7480 accepting an easement for
roadway purposes of a portion of Tamarack Avenue.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
In order to construct full street improvements on Tamarack
Avenue at Sunnyhill Drive, this additional easement was
required.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The property owners have granted this easement at no cost
City.

Beginning at the most Southerly centerline intersection of Sunnyhill Drive and Tamarack Avenue as shown on Map No.
7657, being South 17-31-10 East, 19.09 feet from the most northerly centerline intersection of said streets; thence pro
ceeding along the Westerly centerline of Tamarack Avenue South 72-28-50 West, 144.47 feet: thence North 17-31-10 West, 30.00 feet to a 670.00 foot radius curve, the center of
which is North 17-31-10 West, also being the Northerly right-of-way Of Tamarack Avenue and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNI

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, Clifton and Lenora Pa Towler have submitted a Grant
conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for roadway purposes; s
Deed on file in the Office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determ
it to be in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying an easement to the City of
Carlsbad for roadway purposes is hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the or
Deed to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diegc
County, State of California, with the appropriate Certificate of Accf
attached.
