RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. 77 tRr , approvi~g CT 84-7 dnd CP-276 e ITEM- EXPLANATION The City Council, at its meeting of October 16, 1984, directec the City Attorney to prepare documents approving tentative mal and condominium permit CT 84-7/CP-276 on 34 acres of property generally located east of Rancho Santa Fe Road and south of tl future extension of La Costa Avenue. The conditions of the project are as recommended by the Planning Commission with the following exceptions: 1. As directed by Council we have revised Condition No. 32e ( Planning Commission Resolution No. 2341 to add a sentence whic would allow the City Engineer to vary the design for storm drain facilities as he considers appropriate. 2. The suggested condition relating to slopes to be constructed by the developer on the City's Stagecoach Park property dated October 16, 1984 as prepared by Mr. Goff and the City Manager has been added. The only change is to add the provision recommended by the Parks and Recreation Commission that the slope be landscaped and irrigated by the developer and maintained by the homeowner's association for the project. CASE NO: CT 84-7/CP-276 APPLICANT: LA COSTA RACQUET CLUB WHEREAS, on September 12, 1984 the Carlsbad Plannin Commission adopted Resolution No. 2341 recommending to the C Council that Tentative Tract Map (CT 84-7) and Condominium E (CP-276) be approved; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad October 16, 1984 held public hearings to consider the recommendations and heard all persons interested in or oppo! Tentative Tract Map (CT 84-7) and Condominium Permit (CP-27 and WHEREAS, said Tentative Tract Map and Condominium have been declared to have a nonsignificant impact on the environment and a Negative Declaration dated Auqust 15, 198 prepared, approved and filed by the Planning Commission on September 12, 1984 in compliance with the requirements of 1 I 1 City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1981 the California Environmental Quality Act: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci the City of Carlsbad, California as follows: A. That said Tentative Tract Map, together with the provisions for its design and improvement and subject to the conditions of this resolution, is consistent with all applic general and specific plans of the City of Carlsbad.
