RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 83-2, Unit 2.
I -ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of
Carlsbad Tract 83-2, Unit 2, .a 38 lot single family proje,ct
located at .Poinsettia Lane and Batiquitos Drive for conform;
with the Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Codt
The final map conforms substantially with the conditions of
April 19, 1983, per City Council Resolution No. 7191. approval of the tentative map as approved by City Council 01
FISCAL IMPACT:
The increased need for City services resulting from this
development will be offset by the payment of Public Facilit:
Fee. Park-in-lieu fees of $24,852.00 have been secured by I
