ITEM EXPLANATION The City Council, at its meeting of October 16, 1934, directed the City Attorney to prepare documents approving tentative map and condominium permit CT 84-10/CP-277 on 4.7 acres on propert generally located on the north side of Alicante Road, east and west of Altiva Place. That document is attached. APPLICANT: SPYGLASS POINTE CASE NO: CT 84-10/CP-277. WHEREAS, on September 12, 1984, the Carlsbad Plar Commission adopted Resolution No. 2343 recommending to the Council that Tentative Tract Map (CT 84-10) and Condominii Permit (CP-277) be approved; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbac October 16, 1984, held a public hearing to consider the recommendations and heard all persons interested in or opl Tentative Tract Map (CT 84-10) and Condominium Permit (CP. and WHEREAS, said Tentative Tract Map and Condomini Permit have been declared to have a nonsignificant impact environment and a Negative Declaration, dated August 24, I was prepared, approved and filed by the Planning Commiss September 12, 1984 in compliance with the requirements of City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 19 the California Environmental Quality Act; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counc the City of Carlsbad, California as follows: A. The basins and erosion control measures shall shown and specified on the grading plan and shall be constructed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer pric the start of any other grading operations.
