RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 83-37.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map
Carlsbad Tract 83-37, an 18-unit industrial/cornmercial CI
project located on the north side of Faraday Avenue, west sidl
Palmer Way for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and
Carlsbad Municipal Code. The final map conforms substanti,
with the Conditions of Approval and the tentative map as appri
by Planning Commission on January 11, 1984, per Plani
Commission Resolution No. 2236.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The increased need for City services resulting from t
development will be offset by the payment of the Put
Facilities Fee.
