RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 77l:2 authorizing the Finance Director
to release the cash deposit of $3,000.00 to The Koll Co., the
Owner of Parcel Map No. 10060.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
On March 26, 1984, The Koll Company, the Owner and Developer of
Parcel Map No. 10060, requested the release of their cash deposit
for grading.
All the grading has been completed to the sat is faction of the
City Engineer and according to the City Ordinance.
Staff recommends the release of the cash deposit in the amount of
$3,000.00.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.

1. Resolution No. 71 ff authorizing the Finance Director to
release the cash deposit of $3,000.00 to The Koll Company,
the Owner of Parcel Map No. 10060.

DEPOSIT -PARCEL MAP NO. 10060
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
6 California, as follows:
7 That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to refund
8 THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000.00) from the Grading Cash Deposit
9 Fund Account No. 80-92-41-0519, to The Koll Company, Owner and
10 Developer of Parcel Map No. 10060.
