RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 81-16. Unit No. 3.
2. Adopt Resolution No. 783 9 accepting Grand Deed of a parcel
land for park purposes. -
3. Adopt Resolution No. 78YO accepting Grant Deed for street
public utility purposes.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Enqineering staff has conpleted checking the final map of Carlsbad TI
81-16, Unit 3, a 28 lot Planned Development project located east of I?a Santa Fe Road, north of Olivenhain Road, for conformance with Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. The final conforms substantially with the Conditions of Approval and the tental map as approved by the City Council on July 21, 1981, per the City Coul Resolution No. 6620.
As a Condition of Approval of Tentative Map CT 81-16, the Developer required to dedicate land for park purposes in accordance with the tern
the La Costa Parks agreement.
Pursuant to the terms of that agreement, the Developer is submitting
Council acceptance a Deed for twice the required 0.22 acre thereby givil
total dedication of 0.44 acre within the proposed Stage Coach Park site
The attached easement to the City of Carlsbad is neessary for
construction of required out of tract public utilities,
FISCAL IMPACT:
The increased need for City services resulting from this development 1
be offset by the payment of the Public Facilities' Fee.
