The following fees have been collected by the City and should be
refunded to the appropriate parties:

REASON
Pacific Scene overpaid their
closing water bill and are
requesting a refund in the
amount of $1;778.23. Hater
bill was for account #92025-100.
The Crest acct.# 92026-200 was
orginally set up at Costa Real
Durning the transition period and
contractor again paid the City
for a new 111 irrigation meter.
Fees were already paid to Costa
Real and contractor is requestin~
a refund of $821.43
Any refund of fees reduces the amount of revenue available to the
city: however, the city may not retain fees collected in error,
collected for services which cannot be rendered, or collected with
the i~tention of using said fees for a deposit to guarantee the
completion of a task once the task is completed.
