ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad '
81-16, Unit 4, an 82 lot planned development project located east of Ri
Santa Fe Road, north of Olivenhain Road, for conformance with
Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. The final
conforms substantially with the Conditions of Approval and the tent;
Resolution No. 6620.
map as approved by the City Council on July 21, 1981 , per City COI
As a Condition of Approval of Tentative Map CT 81-16, the Developr
required to dedicate land for park purposes in accordance with the ten

Pursuant to the terms of that agreement, the Developer is submittin!

previously recorded document. To rectify the error, the old easemel

FISCAL IMPACT:
The increased need for City services resulting from this development
