ITEM EXPLANATION:
Section 3. 3 2. 020 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code states that the
"Finance Director shall pr_epare for presentation at each regular
cfty Co~ncLl meeting of demands which shall repr~sent all
finan~ial demands made upon the City from and after the date of
the last register so pr,pared". It also states that "the
Finance Dlrector shall attach thereto an affidavit certifying the
accuracy of the demands and the availability of rhe funds for
payment thereof".
