RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Approve Final Map of Carlsbad Tract 81-16, Unit No. 5.
2. Adopt Resolution No. 7fi7 accepting Grant Deed of a parc
land for park purposes. I ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad
81-16, Unit 5, a 21 lot planned development project located east of R
Santa Fe Road, north of Olivenhain Road, for conformance with
Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. The final
conforms substantially with the Conditions of Approval and the tent
map as approved by the City Council on July 21, 1981, per City Co
Resolution No. 6620.
As a Condition of Approval of Tentative Map CT 81-16, the Developc
