Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 81-10, Unit 2A. 2. Adopt Resolution No. 7nq accepting a Grant Deed for public easement purposes for College Boulevard and El Camino Real, 3. Adopt Resolution No. 7flr3 accepting a Grant Deed for public 4. Adopt Resolution No. 788?/ accepting a Grant Deed for public 5. Adopt Resolution No. 7R8s' - accepting a Grant Deed for storm easement purposes for Faraday Avenue. easement purposes for El Camino Real. easement purposes. ITEM EXPLANATION: Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad 81-10, Unit 2A, a 19 lot industrial subdivision located on the west s. El Camino Real north of Palomar Airport Road, for conformance wit subdivision map act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. The fina map as approved by the City Council on July 2, 1981, per Resolutio 6619 and was granted the latest one year extension on February 24, per Resolution 7508. As a condition of approval for unit 2A, the developer is requir design, bond and construct the extension of College Boulevard fri Camino Real to Palomar Airport Road. The City Council, on Decembe 1984, by Resolution No. 7851, modified condition 24 to allow fo portion of College Boulevard to be designed and bonded for pendin formation of an assessment district. Approved bonds are presently or covering the required improvements. The attached Grant Deeds are for a portion of El Camino Real, Cc Boulevard, Faraday Avenue and storm drain structures required to conditions but not being installed conforms substantially with the conditions of approval and the tent within the boundries of Unit 2A.
