were to be relinquished so as not to permit thru access.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY 30UNCJ.L OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, Sidney A. and Margaret R. Levitz have submitted a Grani
conveying access rights from Lot 678, Map No. 7367 to Obelisco Circ
the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined
be in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the C

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from Sidney A. and Margaret R.
dated December 21, 1984, conveying access rights from Lot 678, Map NI
to Obelisco Circle to the City of Carlsbad which is on file with tl
