JAMES DRIVE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
In reanalyzing the assessment district, we have come
up with an alternative that would incorporate signi-
ficantly more improvements and require a recalculation
of the benefit spread. This would necessitate modify-
ing the engineer's report and require additional mail
notification of all property owners affected.
We are therefore requesting that the public hearing
on the James Drive Assessment District be continued
until March 19, 1985.
