RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to release bonds, and
direct the Utilities and Maintenance Departments to commence
maintaining the public streets associated with this subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of this
project and has requested the City to accept the Public
Improvements.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The city will he required to maintain publicly dedicated
streets.

Dear Dave:
It is my understanding that McMillin Development has completed all the public
improvements for Tempi in Heights Unit Two and that your inspection department
has also completed all Inspections. Please proceed with the necessary process-
ing to release the bonds covering the public improvements. Please identify
to us in writing the proper amount of reduced bonds that must be posted for a
one year period.
