Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to release bonds, and
direct the Utilities and Maintenance Departments to commence
maintaining the public streets associated with this subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed
project and has requested
Improvements on Monroe Street,
a misplacement of the original
all improvements required of this
the City to accept the Public
Wickham Way and Hosp Way. Due to
request for release of bonds, the
release has been delayed to the present. Final inspection and
acceptance of public improvements was performed at the time the
original request was made and found to be in order.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The city will be required to maintain publicly dedicated
streets.

February 29, 1984 to Bob Wojcik nor my fol-
lowup letter of August 28 to Dave Hauser.
Now that you have a complete package, please
review this matter and please process the
release of these bonds.
