CITY MGR..* FOUNDATION FOR CARLSBAD COMMUNITY CABLE TELEVISION RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. 790s~ appointing two members to the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Carlsbad Community Cable Television. ITEM EXPLANATION: The By-Laws provide that members of the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Carlsbad Community Cable Television shall serve for staggered two year terms, or until their successor is appointed. The terms which expire on January 31, 1985 are those of Bill Dominguez and Robert Sheppard. Both individuals have expressed their interest in being reappointed to the Board of Directors. Appointments made at this time will be for two years and will expire on January 31, 1987. EXHIBITS: 1.
