The following fees have been collected by the City and should be
refunded to the appropriate parties:

REASON
Mr. Grosse applied for a General
Plan.Amenchnent and a Zone Change,
but withdrew his request prior to
any scheduling of Public Hearing
or any staff work being started.
Mr. Grosse is requesting a refund
of fees paid in the amount of
$1,517.85
Pacific Scene overpaid a closing
water b:ill, acct. #920026-200. They
are requesting a refund of their
overpayment.
Christ Prebyterian Church paid for
building permits 84-247-A & B which
included Business License 1ax on
construction of $10,265.00. Churches
are exempt because of their non-profi1:
status. Christ Prebystel'ian Church
is requesting a refund for the Busi-
ness License Tax paid.
Any refund of fees reduces the amount of revenue available to the
city: however, the city may not retain fees collected in error,
collected for ser~ices ~hich cannot be rendered, or collected with
the intention of using said fees for a deposit to guarantee t-he
completion of a task once the task is completed.
