Carlsbad Boulevard.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
As a condition of approval of Minor Subdivision 11 604, applicant
required to offer for dedication 20 feet of right-of-way along a porti
the alley north of Juniper Avenue and east of Carlsbad Boulevard.
FISCAL IMPACT,
Requiring dedications as a condition of development will save the
expenses in the future right-of-way acquisitions.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, ROBERT L. WATSON and MARJORIE L. WATSON have submitted a
Deed conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for public right-a
purposes for an alley north of Juniper Avenue, east of Carlsbad Boule
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined
be in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cj
Carlsbad, California, as follows!
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from ROBERT L. WATSON and MARJORIE L. Wi
dated December 31, 1985, conveying an easement to the City of Carlsb,
public right-of-way purposes for a portion of an alley north of JI
Avenue, east of Carlsbad Boulevard, which is on file with the City
and is incorporated by this reference, is accepted.
3. That the City Ckerk is authorized to cause the original Deed
recorded in the Office of the County RGcorder of San Diego County, St

California, with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
