RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve final map of Carlsbad Tract 84-2.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final ma
Carlsbad Tract- 84-2, a subdivision located on the west sid
El Fuerte, north of Alga Road, for conformance with
subdivision map act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. The f
map conforms substantially with the conditions of approval
the tentative map as approved by the Planning Commissio,
June 19, 1984 per Resolution No. 7644.
FISCAL IMPACT
