The public improvements associated with Templin Heights Unit 3 have beet
completed and final inspections are now being arranged. Please proceed
process this subdivision immediately for acceptance by the City Council.
In the event that we cannot have this subdivision accepted in the very
near future, the use of Elm Avenue by the general public will have to be
terminated at the intersection of Victoria Avenue to reduce the liabili-
ties associated with public traffic over a road under private responsibi
