NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to
serve as a member of the Carlsbad Housing and Redevelopment
Advisory Committee, Bland-re Guilford for a term to expire,
