NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR
MTG. CONSTRUCTION OF ARMY-NAVY ACADEMY 3/19/85 IDEPT. ENG I CROSSING SIGNALS - PROJECT NO. 3109 lcin MGR.~

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the construction of the Army-Navy Academy crossing signals
as complete. Direct the City Clerk to have the Notice of
Completion recorded, and release the bonds 35 days after
recordation.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Construction of the Army-Navy Academy crossing signals has been
sat is factor i ly completed. The final contract amount of
$17,142.00 includes one Change Order for $1,390.00 (handled
administratively in accordance with Administrative Order No. 7)
to cover some necessary additional work.

FISCAL IMPACT I Sufficient budgeted funds are available to cover the final
contract amount. Ten percent (10%) retention will be withheld
until 35 days after the Notice of Completion.

YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 28, 1985
the Engineering project consisting of The Army-Navy Academy Crossing
Signal
on which Mac0 Services Inc.
was the contractor, and Insurance Company of the West
was the surety, was completed.
