ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final ma
Carlsbad Tract 83-38, a 5-unit condo project located on the
side of Romeria Street for conformance with the Subdivisio
Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. The final map con
substantially with the Conditions of Approval and the tent
map as approved by Planning Commission on March 14, 1984
