CITY AlTYm ACCEPTANCE OF A PORTION OF TITLE: COLLEGE BOULEVARD CITY MQR..& ITEM EXPLANATION: As a condition of approval for the extension of the Tentative Map of Carlsbad Tract 81-46, Signal Landmark was required to dedicate College Boulevard within the Boundary of the project. As the final map for Unit 3 has not been accepted and is presently not being processed by Palomar Business Park, this easement is offered to provide a portion of necessary right of way for College Boulevard. This easement will facilitate the future construction of College Boulevard between Palomar Airport Road and El Camino Real. The processing of these documents has been postponed to the present time due to the department workload. FISCAL IMPACT Requiring dedications as a condition of development will save the City expenses in the future right-of-way acquisitions. EXHIBITS 1. Location Map. 2. Grant Deed. 3. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the Grant Deed from Palomar Business Park, dated June 29, 1984, conveying a Public Road Easement to the City of Carlsbad which is on file with the City Clerk and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted. 3.
