ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final ma
Carlsbad Tract 83-33, a 36-unit condo project located on
Road for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act an
Carlsbad Municipal Code. The final map conforms substant
with the Conditions of Approval and the tentative map as app
by the Planning Commission on March 28, 1984, per Pla
Commission Resolution No. 2264.
