ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
MTG. 4/16/85 CT 76-15, UNIT 2, PALISADES POINT CI1
Accept improvements, authorize City C1 erk to re1 ease bonds, and di rec. the Uti1 i ties/Maintenance Department to commence maintaining the pub1 streets associated with this subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of this proje and has requested the City to accept the Public Improvements.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City will be required to maintain publicly dedicated streets.

As per your instructions at the meeting we had on January 24, l!
I would like to formally request that you ask the City Council 1
accept the street improvements on CT76-15, Palisades Point. Thc
houses on Unit #2 are completed and finaled. The streets would
include Palisades Drive, El Camino Real, a portion of East Poinl and West Cliff Court. Unit #l would include Tamarack Avenue an( the remainder of East Point.
Please do not hesitate to call me if there are any problems wit1
the acceptence of these improvements. Also, I would like to be
informed of the meeting d.ate after this has been added to the
City Council’s agenda.
