Engineering staff has completed checking the final
Carlsbad Tract 83-2, Unit 4, a 42 lot residential subd
located south of Poinsettia Lane and east of Batiquitos Dr
conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and the C
Municipal Code. The final map conforms substantially w

As part of the final map for Carlsbad Tract 73-39,
Spinnaker Hills, a portion of Lot 13 and Lot 14 was offe
