NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR CONSTRUCTION
TO SKYLINE ROAD (PROJECT NO. 3143)
OF TAMARACK AVENUE - SUNNYHILL DRIVE

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the construction of Tamarack Avenue - Sunnyhill Drive to Skyline Road
as complete. Direct the City Clerk to have the Notice of Completion recorded,
and release the bonds 35 days after recordation.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Construction of Tamarack Avenue - Sunnyhill Drive to Skyline Road has been
satisfactorily completed. The final contract amount of $175,959.00 includes
two Change Orders totaling $34,718.00 to cover some necessary additional work
approved by City Council action.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Sufficient budgeted funds are available to cover the final contract amount.
Five percent (5%) Retention will be withheld until 35 days after the Notice of
Completion .

1985, the Engineering project consisting of
construction of Tamarack Avenue - Sunnyhill Drive to
Skyline Road, City Contract 3143, on which T. 6. PENICK & SONS, INC. was the Contractor, and
LUMBERMEN'S MUTUAL CASUALTY COMPANY was the surety,
was completed.
