RESOLUTION NO. 79 74
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, Ballatore Construction, Inc. has submitted a Grz
eonveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for public utility purp
water lines; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has detern
to be in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Zarlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from Ballatore Construction, Inc.
Yarch 20, 1985, conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad which is
with the City Clerk and is incorporated herein by reference, is accept€
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original
Se recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, !
