NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows: 1. The above recitations are true and correct. 2. 3. The specifications as presented are hereby approved. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, Notice Inviting Bids for the work of said contract in accordance with said specifications.
