Adopt Resolution No. 79pS , appointing a member to the Pa:
Authority of the City of Carlsbad.
I ITEM EXPLANATION :
The term of Lyle Richardson expires in April, 1985. Mr.
Richardson has served on the Parking Authority since his
appointment in 1970, To date no other applications have bel
received. Mr. Richardson does not desire to be reappointed
Other members of the Parking Authority are: Lewis Chase, David Dunne, Richard Goodwin and Girard Anear.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COIJNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
CARLSBAD PARKING AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the term of Lyle Richardson expires in April,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
