ITEM EXPLANATION: As a condition of Carlsbad Tract 81-16, Vista Santa Fe, dedication was required. When Units 4, 5 and 6 were apprc original deeds offered land which was involved in the : Coach Park land exchange and Daon offered parcels of land \ they did not have ownership of at the time of acceptance recording. The replacement grant deed offers the requirement for Units 4, 5 and 6 in a location which wil compatible with the present plans for Stage Coach Park lease agreements. park land dedication was offered and accepted by the City, FISCAL IMPACT: Requiring park land dedication as a condition of develop will save the City expenses in future requisition of land. WHEREAS, Daon Corporation has submitted a Grar conveying 2.49 acres of land to the City of Carlsbad; s: is on file in the Office of the City Clerk; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carls determined it to be in the public interest to accept said NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2.
