Notice of Completion of Installation of
Sanitary Sewer Lines On Valley Street
and Buena Vista Way, Contract No. U/M-2
TITLE:
Staff recommends acceptance of installation of sanitary sewer lines in Valley
Street and Buena Vista Way, Contract No. U/M-2, as complete and requests the
City Clerk be directed to have the Notice of Completion recorded and to release
the bonds 35 days after recordation.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
On November 13, 1984, the City Council awarded a contract for the installation
of the sewer lines to Viewland Construction Company, Spring Valley, CA, in the
amount of $98,550.

The project is included in the 1984-85 Capital Improvement Budget and the cost of
