RECOMMENDED ACTION:
City Council accept the Notice of Completion for the replacement of the
Clerk to have the Notice of Completion recorded and release the labor/
material and performance bonds 35 days after recordation.
Heating/Air Conditioning System in the Council Chambers. Direct the City
ITEM EXPLANATION
The replacement of the Heating/Air Conditioning System has been satisfactorilj
completed. The final contract amount was $14,960. This included oiie (1)
change order that was handled administratively for $1,460.
FISCAL IMPACT
Approved funds in the amount of $20,000 were available to cover the final
contract amount of $14,960.
