RECOMMENDED ACTION:
City Council accept the construction of fencing and backstops at the Chase
Field Facility as complete. Direct City Clerk to have the Notice of
Completion recorded.
ITEM EXPLANATION
Construction of new fencing and backstops has been satisfactorily completed.
The final contract amount €or the project was $20,853.
FISCAL IMPACT
The Chase Field Renovation Project has approved funds of $70,000.
are sufficient funds to cover the fencing backstop portion of this project.

NOTICE OF COUPLETION FOR PRO3ECT IMPROVEMENTS
PARKS AND RECREATION
To ALL laborers and Material Men and to Every Other Person Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 20, 1985
the project consisting of construction of three new backstops and completion
of, new 6 foot fencing of the three- ballfields
on which American Fence Company -
was the Contractor, and, completed the job to the satisfaction of the Parks and
Recreation- Department.
