RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize City Clerk to release bonds, and direct the Utilities and Maintenance Departments to commence
maintaining the public streets associated with this
subdivision.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed all improvements required of this project and has requested the City to accept the Public
Improvements.
FISCAL IMPACT
The City will be required to maintain publicly dedicated streets.

To All Laborers and Material Men and to Every Other Person
Interested:
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 7, 1985, the Engineering project consisting of public improvements for the north side of Forest Avenue (1400 Forest Avenue) on which George Fleuret was
the Contractor, and a cash deposit of EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($8,700.00) was the surety, was
completed. (Minor Subdivision No. 619)
VERIFICATION OF CITY CLERK
I, the undersigned, say:
I am the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad; the City Council of said City on May 7, , 1985, accepted the
above described work as completed and ordered that a Notice of Completion be filed.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is
true and correct.
