Approve the refund of the following fees:
Chinquapin Developers $3,500.00

The following fees have been collected by the City and should be
refunded to the appropriate parties:

REASON
On March 9, 1985 Chlnquapin Developers
deposited a cash grading bond with_
the City. The work has been perform-
ed to the satisfaction of the city
Engineer and this bond may now be
released.
Any refund of fees reduces the amount of revenue available to the
city: however, the city may not retain fees colle6ted in error,
collected for services ~hich cannot be rendered, or collected with
the intention of using said fees for a deposit to guarantee the
completion of a task once the task is completed.
